Message	the same conclusion as you -- ECU driver has gone bad. PS - Only other thing I can think to test, run a jumper line from the AAC over to the ECU connector and temporarily splice it in there. If the ECU to AAC solenoid wire has a small nick it may test out OK but not allow enough current to flow to trigger the solenoid to operate. This is a long shot -- last thing to test that comes to mind.
